The Society is structured around 8 tracks — curated topic areas reflecting where innovation leaders are focusing right now.
You choose the track(s) most relevant to your work. Everything that follows — sessions, content, peer connections, Nova's recommendations — centers on what you're actually doing.
Each Track runs on a monthly rhythm:
- A challenge call — one member’s challenge addressed by the group live
- Up to three dedicated interactive speaker sessions, group discussions and peer sharing
- Curated insights relevant to where the field is moving
- A monthly progress report — members share a win, a lesson, a failure, a question.
